By Sarah M. HoughtonPublished Nov 04, 2018 12:12:29After many years of eating a diet of pasta, I am finally ready to get down to business and make the dish that everyone’s been craving for years.
The magic noodlet recipe, which is super simple to make, takes only minutes.
A lot of pasta makers claim they make it in only one or two hours, but I’ve found that the best pasta makers in Italy make it much quicker than this.
If you’re not a fan of quick cooking, this recipe is for you.
I love how easy it is to get started with a bowl of this delicious dish.
You can make it ahead of time and make it the night before to use as a snack for the weekend or to make ahead of your dinner party, too.
The magic noodles are cooked in a hot water bath.
After they’re cooked, they’re tossed with the sauce and eaten right away.
It takes just 10 minutes to make and it’s very forgiving when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare the pasta.
If you have a small amount of extra pasta left over, you can make a double batch of the magic noodlets and serve with fresh veggies, cheese, or pasta sauce.
This recipe is great for a lunch or dinner.
If the pasta isn’t quite ready yet, simply reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
It can also be made ahead of the holidays and enjoyed over the holidays.
You’ll want to freeze the noodle mixture and then reheat it later in the summer to make a great lunch or snack.
My family and I make this dish for our family dinner each year, and we’ve always had a great time with it.
It’s easy to make at home, the flavor is fantastic, and the magic noodles are just a delicious way to add flavor to your meal.
