You’ll love this dish.
It’s also super easy to make.
You just need a small pot, a spoon, a chopping board, and some rice.
Ingredients 1 cup (450 ml) water 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/3 cup (100 ml) brown rice 1 cup white rice noodles (or white beans) 2 cups cooked and drained water 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup chopped green onion, finely chopped 1/16 teaspoon chili powder (optional) Directions Combine the water, garlic, thyme, ginger, and ground ginger in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until the water becomes cloudy.
Remove the lid and let the broth cool.
Add the brown rice noodles to the pot, and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season the noodles with salt, pepper, and fresh ground black pepper.
Add chopped green onions to the noodles, and season with salt.
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Serve warm with rice noodles.
