I was always surprised when I went to a noodly soup place to try something new.

Make sure to keep the cooking time to at least 15 minutes.
Soup: The following ingredients to make a soup: 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock, 1/4 cup chicken broth, ´½ cup diced tomatoes, º cup chopped onion, ½ teaspoon chili powder, µ teaspoon cumin, ³ teaspoon ground coriander, ¨ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¤ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ² teaspoon ground cloves, ¬ teaspoon salt.
Add ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ tablespoon chicken stock.
Place the chicken stock in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the stock thickens.
You can add in more chicken stock if you need more liquid.
Cook the soup in batches or on the stovetop.
When the broth has thickened, remove from heat and stir in chopped onion.
Add a few cups of chopped green pepper, and chopped mushrooms.
Add ¾ of the broth.
Stir until it thickens, about 15 minutes, and then add more broth if necessary.
Once the soup is done, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Soup Recipe Notes: When you cook the soup, be sure to make sure that you are using high-powered sautees.
If you do not have high-power sauteeing equipment, you can use a slow cooker.
