Chicken noodle soup in Japan is very popular, so the best thing to do is to make a delicious version.
Here, I am making my own dragon-themed chicken noodles in a new way.
I have been dreaming of making dragon noodle dishes since I was a kid, so I tried to recreate this dish at home for many years.
The recipe is simple and the flavors are perfect, but I would like to share it with you here on my blog.
It will help you to make the most delicious chicken noodLE soup.
Ingredients: 1 (8-ounce) package Alfreda noodles, drained and chopped into small pieces 2 (8.5-ounce package) cans red cabbage, finely chopped 1 large (10-ounce or 20-ounce pack) can of tomatoes 1/2 cup (200 grams) grated zucchini 1/4 cup (100 grams) mushrooms 1/3 cup (80 grams) cilantro 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground pepper Directions: Wash and peel the cabbage and add it to a large pot.
Add the red cabbage and cook for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes, mushrooms, cilantro, salt, pepper, zucchi, and stir fry until the cabbage is cooked through.
Add to the pot.
Cook until the sauce thickens and the noodles are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Drain the noodles and add to the soup pot.
Stir the noodles together with the tomatoes.
Add in the cilantro and stir to combine.
Add a splash of water and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
The noodles should be soft and sticky.
Serve with rice and pickles. Enjoy!
