New York’s best pizza has a new owner, but a few other cities still have an interest in its creation.
The New York Times has been able to uncover some great pizza joints that will be open for a while.
One of them is the Pizza Lab at Brooklyn Pizza, which is in the old space of the old Brooklyn Brewery.
This new owner wants to make pizza in the style of New York City’s pizza makers, but instead of relying on traditional techniques like making a crust with egg whites, they use their own dough.
This isn’t the first time Pizza Lab has opened, though.
Back in 2011, the pizzeria started to produce its own crust, using fresh mozzarella and basil.
It’s now available in six flavors.
